Bowled Over in California
You would think that a free wheeling fun loving state like California would allow this kind of behavior. It seems no state is immune from destroying fun.
Chico, California used to have a law on the books that outlawed public bowling.
The law specifically outlaws the act of public bowling on pedestrian sidewalks. It doesn’t say that using bowling balls to play “Human Bowling” is illegal.
Fortunately, the city of Chico overturned the law last December with a new ordinance. So whip out the pins and the rollers. I feel a turkey coming on and I don’t mean I’ve got to do a number two.
