There’s nothing inherently wrong with this law, except the fact that it didn’t pass with flying colors and actually had a bit of debate about it. There should have been a unanimous pro-vote on this baby with zero seconds of debate followed by a “Hella ya” by the chief justice of the Supreme Court.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court reinforced a law that bans sex with dead bodies by a vote of 5-2, according to the AP.

It gets worse. A previous court said there were no laws banning the act of necrophilia. Well that makes sense. It’s not like there’s anything interesting to do in Wisconsin.

The minority judges ruled the act was henious and should be banned for that reason, but the lawmakers failed to put such a law on the books probably because they were too busy passing laws like not being allowed to fish in your pajamas at the time.

The defense attorney called the majority judges’ opinion “dead wrong,” which couldn’t have been a more inappropriate choice of words if he called it “rotten.”
