Stripper Justice Prevails
When it’s a good day to be a stripper, it’s also a good day to be an American. Sour economy be damned!
A federal judge struck down a law that tried to outlaw liquor sales at strip clubs, according to the Washington Post.
The judge claimed the law focused too much on one specific club by excluding clubs that opened before a certain date. The club in question was owned by a former senator. I assuming all the rest were his best customers.
The law never went into effect because it faced so many challenges. The challenges all came from the strippers of the senator’s club who were tired of the Honorable Mr. Grabbyhands trying to get some extra lap dance time after only two gin and tonics.
